What measurement loads when you visit and how newsletter addresses are handled.

Measurement
Google Analytics 4, PostHog, and Microsoft Clarity load on the production site from the first page view. Google Analytics 4 measures traffic and acquisition; PostHog measures product interactions and performance; Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replay. PostHog also measures the staging site with an explicit staging label so that it can be excluded from production analysis. Google Signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled.
Measurement may process page paths, device and browser information, referrer and campaign parameters, outbound-link destinations, on-site search terms, interactions, performance timings, client-side exceptions, and a randomly assigned browser identifier. PostHog masks all form inputs and page content explicitly marked for masking; its browser-console capture is disabled. Clarity uses Balanced masking for sensitive text, including email addresses and information entered by users. Newsletter addresses and form values are not sent as analytics event properties. Search terms are limited to 80 characters; values that resemble an email address or contain seven or more consecutive digits are replaced with a redacted value. Do not send sensitive information by ordinary email.
Newsletter
If you join the launch list, the site stores your normalized email address, subscription time, and the newsletter-page source in a private Cloudflare KV namespace. The address is used only for the Local LLM Updates briefing and is not sold. Every mailing will provide an unsubscribe path.
Infrastructure
Cloudflare serves the site and processes network and security information needed to deliver and protect it. Worker observability records request and application diagnostics.
Outbound links
External sites apply their own privacy terms. For outbound HTTP(S) links, the destination host, path without its query string, and up to 100 characters of the link text may be recorded as an interaction event before you leave this site. Email and other non-HTTP(S) links are excluded.
