No silent factual rewrites
A correction preserves the original publication date and adds a correction date, a plain explanation of what changed, and the affected claim. Typographical changes that do not alter meaning do not require a correction note.
Changed software is not always an error
Local LLM tools change quickly. When the original statement was correct for its documented version, we add an update rather than label it a mistake. Version context remains visible.
Benchmark invalidation
If a benchmark’s artifact, configuration, calculation, or environment cannot be reproduced, the result is marked disputed or retired while the investigation is documented. It is not left in a ranking as if nothing happened.
